There was no kettle, no jugs to store water and glasses to drink or heat.

Good clean room, excellent location near railway station and near bus station. Cleaning every day without asking. Simple breakfast (eggs, cheese, coffee, corn). If you come by car you can use parking service. Minibar is not free of charge. Very close to main square.

One of the worst hotels stayed in last 5 yrs, once getting inside no one for luggage pick up from reception to room, that have to do by himself, no bell boy only one person on the reception for the fulfilment of your all requirements or needs & from that you can imagine that which kind of service we can get

Nice clean hotel. Room was hot as we went during winter. Sheets and bathroom supplies were clean and looked hygienic. Enjoyed our stay there. Even though we reached early in the morning the staff at reception was welcoming. Breakfast at restaurant was limited. Overall stay was nice.

Nice and near to the Train station about 300 mtr from station and from the station you can get the hop on hop off bus for sightseeing, hotel give you good option for tour package also with no extra charge.

I booked this hotel after Reading many good reviews on tripadvisor. Location is perfect if you want to be close to the train and bus. But the hotel interior is very outdated, the rooms are absolutely plain, and very small. Breakfast is OK, not very special. The reception boys were very welcoming.

Great location and value for money for travellers coming to the city first time Front desk staff is very courteous and helpful. Restaurant needs a bit improvement with a more cheerful staff. A full fledged restaurant would be more helpful fr touurist

Breakfast had plenty of options to choose and room was clean and tidy. Good value for money for a hotel so close to train station. Staff were helpful and they kept the luggage after church out as well free of charge! As soon as I checked in, I was given a map of the city attractions as well without even asking. I was pleasantly surprised for the hospitality.
