Room and Washrooms were tight and not that clean. As per best western website, hotel should start breakfast at 6 am but they starts at 7am. We had early morning train and due to this we missed our breakfast

food was terrible and not fresh and not worth for the amount charged for the breakfast. aircondioning was far from satisfactory and in hot summer during our stay there we were sweating in the room. don’t recommend for stay during hot summer season.. they not responded to our call or to the mail sent. this is the height of their response to the customers which is disgusting to me.. request action against the hotel staff for their behaviour

I stayed in the hotel with my wife and two kids. I booked it only a day before and still got a good rate. The room was big enough for us (1 big bed and 2 single beds). The amenities were good as expected from a branded hotel. We had a great breakfast in the morning with lots of options. The improvement I would like to see is the staff in the hotel restaurant should know some English. Being a Multi National hotel I would expect this from the hotel.
