Novotel Firenza
Rooms - spacious and comfortable. Food - Below par. Location- Far from city or the aeroport also. Need personal transport or taxi to commute.

Not too happy, not too shabby
coupleWe stayed for a week. Room was good, cleanliness was good apart from that, there are no good food options also, we assumed that since novotel is a global change the staff will be well versed in english, but that wasn't the case. It was very problematic communicating with them. From 5 instructions given, 3 went awry. The location is secluded. You'll have to go 10kms into the city for restaurants or anything. I'd suggest if you're staying for more days, don't take complimentary breakfast, there is hardly any variety. Overall, i'd say, if you want to use it as sleeping place, is fine. Don't go with higher expectations.

First of all place is very far from City centre and don't go by Google, in my room there were two half filled water bottles were kept at the time of check in, overall- ok
