Spacious rooms were packed with amenities, and despite being on the road, it was remarkably quiet. 🏨 The location was perfect – everything was within walking distance, saving us a fortune on taxis and public transport. 🚶‍♀️ Plus, the lifts made navigating with large luggage a breeze. 🛋️ The rooftop views of the Duomo were stunning, making it the ideal spot to enjoy an evening drink. 🌅 The breakfast buffet was impressive, with everything needed to start the day off right. 🍳 The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were immaculately clean. 👌 We'll definitely be back – this hotel is a must-recommend for anyone visiting Florence! 👍🏨"

Air conditioning is poor, that's the most uncomfortable thing.

The staff was good and helpful. Location was the USP for us. However, the room size was quite small and clumsy. The bathroom was a disappointment.

Quadruple room was big and very convenient. Bed was a bit creaky but it was manageable. Front-office staff evening and over night was very friendly, helpful. Breakfast options were very good and tasty. Good restaurant options near by - do research for menu and price.

Very courteous staff, hotel was nearby to Fianze station. Excellent hospitality in Italy since far experienced even Hilton was not so promising. Would like to give 5 stars

Good stay in the central place in florence. Rooms are a bit small but manageable when you consider the price. The train station is just 300 meters. Good indian restaurant nearby. Breakfast is repeated but okay. The staffs were very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel for 3 nights. It was one of our best experience. The staff was so considerate and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good and old hotel with a good ambience. Room was clean and temperature controlled. Bathroom was spacious with a bath tub, heater, and hair dryer facilities. Luggage has to carried by yourselves. Lift is available. Breakfast is included and has lot of varieties. Situated near many attractions and other Indian restaurants. If you are specifically looking for Indian restaurant, I would definitely recommend royal India where they provide tasty food for good price.

The key attraction of the Hotel is Breakfast and its near to Firenze S. M. And. It is just walkable from SMN so that you don't need to pay anything for CAB or BUS. The room service is excellent, but please make sure that charges, because the charge of extra service is very high.

Reception and cleanliness staff are good and supportive. Can not comment on value for money, because I really paid heavily through Make My Trip, however at the hotel, price quoted were much lesser. If it is for the money paid to Make My Trip, not good value for money. Breakfast is very very average. Services in dining hall need to improve. I guess, buffet system would fare better than the current service. Room was really tiny, however on request, the hotel staff allotted me another room. Lastly, thanks to the cleanliness staff for their honesty, they left my money (about 1000 USD) untouched which I forgot on the bed. Thanks for that.
