Short n sweet stay

We were greeted extremely well at the reception which i guess was the biggest highlight of our stay. other than this , though the room was quite good and really comfortable for 3 to even 4 people , with 2 closets to keep your stuffs and a clean n comfortable sized bathroom. What we were disappointed was the quality of electrical appliances kept in the kitchen. The microwave was not able to heat the food and the electrical gas also had less power to even boil the water quickly. Rest the stay was good. Although , our Serristori Palace Residence is overlooking river arno, but the location is at a slight distance from the main santa maria novella stazione. We have to take a bus or a cab to reach here.
