Hilton is an am zing hotel to stay at when in Florence. They have great staff who are always ready to help you. Rooms are quite spacious and very clean. They offer variety of food and drinks, no matter wherever you are from, you'll not stay hungry. Their temperature control pool service is really good. I personally liked their breakfast a lot. Should not forget to mention, they provide free bus service to and from Florence train station and that's more than amazing.

It is too far from the city and there is no public transport available. So if you miss the hotel shuttle then you would loose 1 hour. Also the in house restaurant was expensive for the quality. Staff could be more accommodating. If you are in florence for a short time its better to stay in city center as this place is 20-30 minutes away from the city.

The 3 rooms my family used all had issues: 1 had a major leek from the floor above that went through the bathroom lights (very dangerous), and the heater was malfunctioning (constantly heating) in the other 2 rooms. The hotel is rather far from downtown but there is a shuttle bus and if it is full (always the case when I was there) they will pay for a taxi, which was nice. Breakfast was great!

The standard room is comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a rainforest shower tab in the bathroom. The hotel's location is not in near the centre but the shuttle bus helps a lot. The staff are helpful and they have enough carparking area. Next to it, there is a small shopping centre and you may find 2 cafes/pizza house there. The buffet breakfast is very good and serves different kinds of eggs, ham, smoked salmon, fresh juices, yogurts, many types of cheese, breads, pastries, fruits and...etc
