The hotel is average as taking a shower place is very small and also no option for hand shower so it became a limitation

Support staff especially nivollo was excellent.Rooms were ok but regular cleaning was an issue.Location of the hotel and view of iconic duomo from breakfast makes this an excellent choice but the available space in rooms is a big let down.Nevertheless i fully appreciate the staff who were excellent
