Hilton Garden Inn Florence Novoli

The experience was really bad as when I reached the hotel the lady at the counter told that my reservation for both the rooms shows cancelled. I was shocked and when I asked her to show me the cancellation then she told I will discuss with my colleague and let you know later. Then I asked her if there is any new room available and she booked me on higher price. Later the same day she told it was her mistake as my reservation was not cancelled, and she refunded my double-booking fees. Other than this, the staff were helpful, and the facility was good.

Loved my stay. Staff was efficient at their services. Location is great.

Nice location. Decent food. Only hiccup during my stay got promised for a room upgrade to suite only to realize it was upgraded to a spacious king room. Upon checking, told it would have been miscommunication by the staff. So the staff needs to know what they're speaking.

The hotel is well connected to tram which helps us to reach all locations easily. But one has to walk 5 to 8 minutes to get into the tram station. Great room. Nice infrastructure and very clean. The front desk is very helpful.

Overall good experience hotel room was well maintained and had good amenities. Food ordered in the room was not the best. Expected it to be hot, but was lukewarm.

The room was not clean. We had to ask them to clean the room the day we checked in as there were hair on the bed. The breakfast option was limited. It is difficult to communicate with the staff as they are not English speaking.

The hotels ambience, room service and breakfast are excellent. Location is a bit negative to this range oh hotel. It was very far from the airport. The people at the reception were excellent, they guided us very well.

Location is very beautiful. A big garden is in front of the hotel. Supermarket is also available nearby to the hotel. Help desk and staff are very cooperative. Taxi service is prompt through help desk.

Rooms were spacious unlike what is being provided by other hotels in Europe. Helpful and very friendly staff. Nice view from the hotel window. Nice location but one should choose a hotel nearer to Railway Terminal City Centre. Event the basic things were absent like shaving, Dental kit.
