Wonderful stay

We had an amazing stay experience at the hotel. It is right in the centre of the city, with sm novella station 5mins walk, and sm del firore just 6 mins away. Maria at the reception was very responsive and supportive. I will definitely recommend it this hotel.

1. The room firstly stinked. The ac was not working at all. It was a very old room. It is marketed like a home stay with a reception which brings some kind of convenience but reality is the manager maria is never there. Pathetic experience
