property is very near to tram station, you can take tram from florance main railway station and 15 min it takes to reach hotel. room bathroom and area are very clean. it's a apartment that converted into hotel. only issue is that it's on 2nd floor and lift doesn't serve here for 2nd floor and you have to carry your luggage by own. stairs were also not well illuminated in night. other wise property is excellent

coupleThe hotel should be downgraded to a zero star-it doesnt have a lift, no lights in the stairs and amenities are terrible. You have to carry you luggage two floors without any help. The rooms are big but nothing amazing. It is also not very close to the station or main city centre-you will need to travel by bus or tram
