Good experience. good service. responsive and friendly staff. food is decent, rooms and washroom are nice. location is in the center.

The hotel is walkable distance from the station. Rooms are very basic and old. Not a part of best Western. Could not use the points. The property is located at nice place. Worth the money. The staff was helpful and buffet was nice. It is well connected with city and only minutes walk from all the public transport options. Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

I had booked this hotel two months prior before the date of stay, on arriving in Florence we called the hotel to understand the location but got surprised as we had been informed that due to some issue our stay has been shifted to some other location, however on arriving the front office guy has offered us 1 small room on the top floor at the same hotel which we didn't liked because of the room size, then he was kind enough to shift us to a fantastic hotel just across the road- Hotel Grand Adriatico! We had a very comfortable stay there and the next day our luggage was shifted to Palazzo Hotel and we had comfortable stay there too.

The airconditioner was not working and was too hot in the room. Also there was some strong sanitization smell in the room. The only highlight was the receptionist Hannan. She was very helpful. Breakfast was also average. Not worth for the price.
