Comfortable stay and good front desk

I had booked this Hotel Palazzo Ognissanti two months prior before the date of stay, on arriving in Florence we called the Hotel Palazzo Ognissanti to understand the location but got surprised as we had been informed that due to some issue our stay has been shifted to some other location, however on arriving the front office guy has offered us 1 small room on the top floor at the same Hotel Palazzo Ognissanti which we didn't liked because of the room size, then he was kind enough to shift us to a fantastic Hotel Palazzo Ognissanti just across the road- Hotel Grand Adriatico! We had a very comfortable stay there and the next day our luggage was shifted to Palazzo Hotel and we had comfortable stay there too.
