the only good thing about the hotel was the location. Hotel cleanliness was really poor. Room Carpet is old and dirty. There was so much dust in the room even after the daily cleaning. We had to ask for tea sachets and cleaning of tea cups every single time. WiFi was another big disappointment. We were unable to connect to WiFi. Thank God I had a data plan that covered me and my family for the entire stay. While making the booking, I did not select the smoking room. However, to my surprise, we were alloted smoking room. I had even called MMT to change but all in vain. The hotel also said that they don't have the availability. Personally, apart from the location, everything else was below average.

Hotel is good , rooms are also good . Metro station is few min walk . Hotel is located at a very good location and accessible . Only problem was there was no water available in the room.

Hotel was very neat and clean, along with that the staff was wornderful. it is very close to tsim sha sui and victoria harbour. it is just above the jordan mtr station. morning buffet had few vegan options but rest all was great.

It was a pleasant stay at prudential hotel with a room with good size and decent upkeep.. the connectivity of the hotel with the underground metro station is fabulous and comes very handy.. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to hongkong

Hong Kong is known for its cozy space. Still, room was big enough. AC was fine, set at 20. Room was clean and staffs were also nice. They allow me early check-in, a rare facility in Hong Kong. Will prefer again to stay here.
