Location good for mtr,but they not provide drinking water bottles , saying hongkong govt rule but guest requires water so i think they must give drinking water. Ac cooling of this Holiday Inn Golden Mile is weak compare to any other Holiday Inn Golden Mile.they also say don't use any dental kit,any other kit we will charge so i think don't give any kit,any bottle and give discounts to customers .

The location is amazing. In 100 mtr you will find everything including metro station, bus stand, shopping mall, waterfront, ferry and what not. This location is mostly preferred by Indians and they have a Indian cook and Indian focused cuisine as well for breakfast. Highly recommended

1. Food - good vegetarian food - limited choice - same menu everyday 2. Stay - kids should be allowed free - additional charge should be avoided - while this is clear in the TNCs it is escalates the price 3. Eating options and shopping options and MTR access for a big benefits

The stay was comfortable. Check in process was a nightmare a but, we had to wait a lot, and we got all our tooms only by 4:30PM, despite requesting a little early checkin. But ither than that, the room service, location, cleanliness was very good. Will stay here again next time.

We had a great stay at holiday Inn Golden Mile. Hotel is at prime location all malls nearby. K11 very famous mall is just in front of Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Indian chef is at Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Indian breakfast options are good.

Services are pathetic i booked the Holiday Inn Golden Mile with breakfast but they didn’t allow my daughter to have breakfast saying that free breakfast is only for kid below 11 for other child i need to pay extra which I already paid

Property has good spread of breakfast , I did not do lunch and dinner , 5 mins walk has many Indian reasturant ..also location is just awesome and staff is very helpful .standar room is small ..go for premier room

located at a good spot, Holiday Inn Golden Mile was a good value for money. small rooms but still spacious enough. Reception Staff are not too friendly, and the self check in option doesn't work. Eco friendly practices
