Holiday Inn Golden Mile

We stayed at Holiday Inn Golden Mile, Hong Kong, with our family including seniors and a young child, and had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, the MTR station is literally next door, making it extremely easy to travel anywhere in the city, including Disneyland, Victoria Harbour, and other key attractions. The hotel is also surrounded by shopping malls, supermarkets, currency exchanges, and convenience stores, all within a short walk. For Indian travellers, this is perhaps the best possible location in Hong Kong, as there are numerous Indian restaurants within walking distance, offering everything from casual meals to fine dining. The famous Nathan Road is right outside, and you can easily walk to the Avenue of Stars, Harbour City Mall, and the Star Ferry Pier. The rooms are spacious by Hong Kong standards, where hotels in this category often have much smaller rooms. Despite the property being older, it is very well maintained, and the lobby has a modern, welcoming vibe. The front desk and concierge staff are efficient, courteous, and well-trained, always eager to assist. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide selection of dishes and a good variety of Indian vegetarian hot options that change daily. A special thanks to Lisa from the breakfast team, who was especially kind and attentive in helping us manage breakfast with our young child. Overall, Holiday Inn Golden Mile offers great value, comfort, and convenience. It’s an ideal hotel for families and Indian travellers visiting Hong Kong, and we would gladly stay here again.

Good property located in Tsim Sha Tsui which has a good local market providing access to almost everything including pure vegetarian options. Property is well maintained with spacious rooms for family with kids. Service is fine. We got some vegetarian options in buffet breakfast.

The amenities are good the location is perfect for shopping and restaurants even tge ocean mall is at walking distance and the MTR is at the door step

This suited in prime location you have lot choice for food exploration nearby area. Just step down the hotel you get to MTR and bus stop. We took a prime room and Rooms are neat and clean and sufficient for our family.

HOTEL STAFF WAS GOOD BUT THEIR ROOMS WERE QUITE SMALL AND MOREOVER WASHROOM JUST OPPOSITE TO BED IS NOT A NICE THING , AVERAGE STAY

Rooms are too small. When we checked in again on 17th June again, the room was not same as we got on 14th June. There were lot of differences in the room. There was no view in the room. The electric controls were not as same which were there in the previous room.

Holiday Inn Golden Mile has excellent location in the heart of city and near metro and restaurants. Service of the hotel is good and worth staying in.

Pathetic customer service, did not get the room booked, all consumables are chargeable, and nobody listens. Bad view from the all floor no city view

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Golden Mile, Hong Kong, and my experience was very disappointing from start to finish. First of all, the customer service was terrible. When I handed my bag to the concierge, it was in perfect condition, but when it was delivered to my room, one of the wheels was broken. I immediately informed the bell desk staff and the manager on duty, who promised to check the CCTV footage and get back to me — but no one ever did. Even after staying for three nights, there was no follow-up. At checkout, I informed the receptionist named Rocky, who simply told me to write an email instead of trying to resolve it then and there. Secondly, the rooms are shabby, outdated, and extremely cramped. The washroom is so tiny that the door opens inward and practically hits the toilet, leaving almost no space to move around comfortably. For the price they charge, this is unacceptable and far below the standards one expects from Holiday Inn. Between the careless handling of my luggage, the broken bag wheel, and the indifferent attitude of the staff — both at the reception and concierge — I would strongly advise travelers to consider other options in Hong Kong. This hotel does not offer the comfort or service it promises.

We had a great stay at holiday Inn Golden Mile. Hotel is at prime location all malls nearby. K11 very famous mall is just in front of hotel. Indian chef is at hotel. Indian breakfast options are good.

The stay was comfortable. Check in process was a nightmare a but, we had to wait a lot, and we got all our tooms only by 4:30PM, despite requesting a little early checkin. But ither than that, the room service, location, cleanliness was very good. Will stay here again next time.

The location is amazing. In 100 mtr you will find everything including metro station, bus stand, shopping mall, waterfront, ferry and what not. This location is mostly preferred by Indians and they have a Indian cook and Indian focused cuisine as well for breakfast. Highly recommended

Great stay! Loved the delicious Indian breakfast, and the hotel's super close to the metro – so convenient for getting around.
