Regal Kowloon Hotel

Unfortunately, the room was not in great condition and didn’t quite match expectations. The Wi-Fi was weak, and overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the price.

The location was very good the hotel staffs were very friendly and good the room was awesome the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent the food was also very good overall my experience was excellent

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is superb and the overall stay was comfortable and satisfying. I would definately come back to this hotel in my next visit to Hong Kong.

very good location, subway and starbucks nearby for vegetarians, metro and markets are walking distance, avenue of stars is 400m away. staff is helpful

We stayed at the Regal Kowloon Hotel in Hong Kong for six days. The staff there and the room to stay is very good.

Regal Kowloon is very well located in the TST area- walking distance from the Harbour, the metro station with eateries all around. The property is a bit dated though comfortable, clean with spacious rooms.

Location is good.. near MTR and Victoria the rooms were average.. charging point is a major size was also very small..

Good property at a prime location in hong kong well connected with all the modes of transportation. Rooms are decently large with helpful front desk. One issue which indians might face is that their washrooms do not have jet spray.

Hi I have given poor experience but it’s not actually I haven’t checked in coz there was a death in my family so I missed my tour as it was showing non refundable booking so can I get a stay of same day next when I go hongkong. Thanks

The stay was extremely comfortable. The room is spacious – the photos of the property match reality. It was also my first time travelling as a solo female traveller – the location is pretty good and convenient too. Will definitely pick Regal Kowloon each time I visit Hong Kong

Overall an average experience, hotel has limited staff & thereby limiting services offered. This has lot of locational advantage.

Room size was approx 301sqft whereas the room was about 100 sqft size . Quite small size room. But the reception staff were very helpful, they correctly guided in terms of visiting any tourist attractions or how to travel (transport) and the way to travel. But staff was not there to pickup or drop luggages. Hotel and room were neat and clean .. hotel constructed beautifully. Unlimited drinking water without extra charges ... drinking tap placed in a room .. best hotel to stay in best location. But have to compromise with the room size a lot as the room size mentioned in wedsite is not correct.

Location is good , good nearby restaurants. Indian restaurants are also easily accessible.Happy Stay

Had a terrible stay here. No proper service and very rude staff. While check in reception guy said it will take 3 hrs for bell boy to get free. Apparently they only have 1 bell boy. While check out, the reception guy told to wait for 1. 5 hrs or to take luggage by ourselves. The rooms were also very dirty and smelly, no proper maintenance. The room is very different from what is shown in the images . This stay was my most pathetic one.

Great to stay for 3 nights, very accommodating staff and the breakfast was really good a lot of choices. We will definitely come back here.

The lobby and location are nice. The room was smaller than expected. Service was slow. The luggage wasn’t carried by the bellboys as they were short on staff. Washroom was on the first floor and the staff was a bit rude. Apart from that, it was fine.

It was good overall. We extended our stay but were denied breakfast. The hotel staff is not so hospitable.

I'm really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. It was tiny, with just a bed and two chairs. There was no sofa as shown. To make matters worse, the elevator only went up to the 14th floor, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to the 15th floor where our room was. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. But that's not enough to make up for the poor hospitality and misleading advertising. Honestly, I don't think this hotel is worth the price.

Good room. Convenient location with train and bus stops nearby. Water front is at a walkable distance. Good restaurants nearby including ones serving Indian food options.
