Ramada by Wyndham Hong Kong Grand

The stay over here was pleasant. The rooms are very very small. We had booked the room for 2 people for 2 nights but because of the size it was very difficult to manage. There is no good place to keep the bags. Had to manage by keeping the bags under the bed or study tables. The room was provided with all the necessities such as locker, kettle, towels, etc

It was just pathetic, the rooms are really very small, you can not even walk freely, and on the top of it, it had such a bad smell. I will never ever suggest anyone to book this hotel

Very bad rooms and there is no clean they don’t keep napkins in the room everyday i am telling after they will give very bad experience

I have been to 10 different countries so far and Everything about this property was amazing and it has Indian food and stay was amazing ❤️

So small rooms . Also when trying to connect your customer support hardly any resolution for any query. You need to have a direct customer number to help customers when traveling internationally instead of just writing mails and your team calls saying we will come back. Location is fine near Jordan MTR but rooms very small, no courtesy of team at reception desk too

I recently stayed at the Ramada Grand Hong Kong and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions, public transport, and dining options. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay.

rooms r small. staff friendly. 7 11 is close by. 5 min walk to metro. check is ultra fast. bfast is well worth rooms r small. staff friendly.

pne of the worst hotel in hongkong they event dont provide drinking water they dont provide any luggage assistance and rooms are also terrible

The rooms of the hotel is too much small..and there is some ac issue in my room that was not addressed properly.

Location is near Jordan MTR Station. Ambience is good. Rooms a bit cramped up but staff was polite and had great stay at Ramada Wyndham

Location is good. Food, did not try so no comments. Room very small but I guess that’s how it is in Hong Kong. Reception not so helpful. Overall, rooms though small, were clean with most amenities available. The location was really good.

Very old hotel. They don’t even provide drinking water. U hv to purchase the same. Location is close to mtr. Rooms are very small. Suitable only if u are going to use for sleeping.

Rooms are very tiny. It looks bigger in the pictures.In the guise of government norms, that don’t provide even a bottle of water. The queen bed was actually 2 mattresses put together and that meant that it was very uncomfortable.

Room was too small and doesn’t even have a single cupboard. Also, room was very dark and they don’t provide cutlery in the room.

The rooms were very very small there was no space to even stand no place for keeping the luggage even they have the basin also in the same place Bathroom was terrible u can’t even think that it is so dmall
