Regal Airport Hotel

My stay was decent overall. The location was convenient and easy to find. The food was okay, though it could have had a bit more variety. The room was clean and comfortable, but some facilities could use improvement. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall, a satisfactory experience for the price.

Breakfast cost proportion to the room very high 2. ⁠food variety was limited especially live counters 3. ⁠seating congested 4. ⁠overall not satisfactory for a 5 star property 5. ⁠The booking was for 2adults with separate beds but got a single queen bed

Hotel room did not have any proper AC temperature control (not in working condition) and it was freezing cold in the room. I could not sleep at all on 6th night. Please do not stay in this hotel.

Good hotel, friendly for travellers, does not give water bottles, but you have to refill the empty bottles kept in the rooms. This is something you do not expect in 5 star hotel.

location too good for those who have a connecting flight from Hong Kong and have a lay over of more than 15 hours.

Location is fantastic for the travellers to catch flight otherwise room is small and average looking and Indian food was horrible and damn costly

Excellent and the most convenient location if you are staying at Hong Kong for a quick time..Access to the airport is just by 5 mnts walking distance and has surrendered by cafeteria for quick snack and coffee. Overall, a very good stay and happy with it

Amazing experience. We requested for early check in as our flight reached early in the morning. Got upgraded room with amazing facilities.

Stay was good but for very short time so could not take experience much. Only one problem we faced that after booking at least 45 min wait for payment confirmation from your end

Decent hotel rooms, but staff very rude, check in delayed. Bed mattresses was stinking of smoke in a non smoking room.

A very good hotel located at the airport and a neat one too. Very courteous staff with prompt service. They provide free shuttle service too near city gate outlet mall every hour which is very convenient to reach to the nearby metro ngong ping 360* cable car to the big buddha too. Over all a very nice experience i stay here whenever i am in hong kong and have a next day flight to catch back home.

Inside room walls are not maintained well and peeling off. Room hygiene not upto the standards. For late check in dinner or any food was not available

The best place to stay at the airport we have been staying for the morning flight at 8. 30 am we had planned to wake up at 5. 30 to go to the checkin counter and we woke up at 6. 30 but still we could make it in 20 min to the checkin counter as it took just 10 min to get down and check out and 5 to 8 min to reach the counter

Good. Confinement. But too expensive for the room only.

This property is within the airport, the airport trolley will come till your room. You can see the status of your flight in the lobby only.

Carpets in the hallways and rooms were dirty and smelly. House keeping never changed bed linen during my three nights. They didn't bother to clean even used coffee mugs.
