centrally located as it is very closer to Ferry station to go Hong Kong Island and closer to MRT metro There are 2 Marco Polo but this Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel is better. For vegetarians, breakfast has some counter specific to vegetarians though options are minimal but better for sure due to the food options out. Check in always only after 2 pm and don't expect late check out as there is a half day charge for more hours. Rooms are fairly spacious, convenient for a family with a kid. I was also happy as the Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel provided mineralised water as much needed which saves additional spend. Higher level floors is a good option. Access to and the view from 6th floor is great. I found this Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel providing sufficient number of toiletries including bath towels and hand towels. It is necessary Cost is a bit high. Impacts the budget hence comparables could be better for cost reasons No massage facility available which is a disadvantage as outside vendors unknown

Good location however needs to change the check-in time before 12 PM. One plus point here is they extended the check out time for more than 2 hours and the room service is pretty descent and as per the five star standards. They are giving a smart phone which would be very useful while roaming HK.

Marco Polo is situated at very central location it is next to ferry terminal from where can go to China... And airport express free shuttle is also available... Ocean terminal shopping mall is walking distance.

Over all had an OK experience. Great location for shopping. Staff though prompt hardly smile. Everyone looks quite business like. Small extra miles like these are what makes the difference from "ok" to "wonderful"!
