Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West

Suitable for family , specious rooms. Excellent location to stay. Surrounding is well equipped with food and local market.

It was a great stay at Nina hotel except the check in time is too late as a person travelling from abroad, like me who had to wait for good 9 hrs to check in with a small kid was a pain and toilets ventilation could be better

We had a room with 2 queen size beds on 57th floor with a perfect harbour view. The room has all basic amenities, electronic safe, mini fridge etc. Strong wifi connectivity. Washrooms are nice spacious and well designed with separate shower area, separate bath tub and a wc. Location is superb. The hotel has 2 malls of its own. Naina mall 1 and naina mall 2 which are on the ground floor of the hotel. Then there are 2 malls right next to the hotel, they are city-walk 1 and 2. There is a bus terminal below the hotel which has direct buses to and from the airport and to other parts of the city. There is a mtr station at just 50 mtrs from the hotel. Naina hotel also has a park with a large collection of wood fossils on display. Also right next to the hotel is tsuen wan park. There is mcdonald's & kfc & seven eleven near the hotel. The hotel also has a big and beautiful swimming pool. The other indoor swimming pool was closed for renovation during our stay. Overall a nice hotel with good location.

I stayed at this place with my family. The property & location is good. However, if you are someone who is fond of indian food then you will find it difficult. You will have to either call food from a restaurant or spend a lot of money on travel-ling by taxi.

Naina tower is convinently located in tsuen wan,. You can take a bus a31 from the airport and get off at the last stop. Naina tower. The hote is located on top of a mall and is centrally located. We visited hong komg disneyland and used to travel by the bus 310 m from wing shun street opposite to tsuen wan park to tsing yi station and from there on took the mtr to sunny bay and then switched to the disneyland mtr. For india's suggetsion is carry as much food as you can. Especially if you have dietary restrictions

Last-minute 1-night booking which turned into a nice experience. Superb hotel with a mall attached, will come back.

I have clearly made my expectations to book for ER view and paid extra amount but didn't got, as per hotel staff, my booking was made in normal rooms.

Was a very nice hotel. Efficient, comfortable, clean, good service, good location. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Hong Kong. View from the room was excellent. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Room size was good, view was excellent Corrdior was smelling very bed Bathrooms were leaking water Breakfast not included with room, this is bad choice. Hotels should by default include the breakfast with room No WiFi in the room, WiFi in main enterance was very slow.

The hotel is located at a convenient place and is excellent building but all that is clouded by their poor guest services and apathy. Might be because they get a lot of bulk bookings. I booked two nights there and reached on the subsequent morning of first booking - still their front desk person asked me to come after 2 pm, when I resisted and claimed that I have already paid for one more night, he shifted me to a lower category room.

Excellent room size, good view, clean and neat. Location is way off. Though it is well connected by MTR. I would much rather stay closer to town. Staff behavior is cold and indifferent. Also took 20-30 more to check in as there was a queue.

Wooden staff. No hospitality whatsoever. When language is a barrier, the least one expects is courtesy. The staff looked over-worked. You need to add more people and surely need to fix your Wi-Fi. Very poor experience.
