Novotel Century Hong Kong

Pleasant Stay at Suite Room with family. Easy early check in was executed by the staff. The Suite Room was a great experience for us. Missed Indian Breakfast. Concierge Manager *Mr. Paul Chan* is an excellent person who helped us save our time and money to reach various attractions and locations.

Very bad experience and worst place to stay as this price this not worth it at all can find better option around

The location was great. It was near wan chai metro/ train station. Bus stands, convenience stores, taxi strand all were near by. Hotel crew was great and amicable.

Great check-in, check out and hospitality experience ! The location was great, near to both Wan Chai and Exhibition centres. Also food availability was good and seven-eleven was right outside the hotel !

Nice hotel near to mtr station.near 7 11...bus stop for airport was walking distance and A11 bus for airport was every 20 min.. good shopping near by....shoes and clothes at discounted price ...bf was nice with nice sauces also veg option ..good gym and free water ..room service was nice.staff helped and guided to get bus...thanks i recommend my family member to visit..

The property was under annual maintenance so most of the areas were not fully accessible. But the staff made sure to offer a delightful experience

Good quality hotel and rooms. Breakfast is good. Location is excellent and well connected with skywalks.

Property is good and in normal standards of novotel. Rooms are bit small as it is a tourist place, but too costly. Location wise for tourist i think kawoleen would have been a better place

Staff is cooperative and service is quick. Neat and clean room though size is little small which is common in east asian countries.

Rooms are very small. Room service is very slow. All are chinese speaking when they come for room. Service. You can't even explain them what you need.

The hospitality shown by their staff members were really impressive. The ambiance was great. Centrally located and very close to Wanchai MTR. They could have kept varieties of South Asian cuisines for breakfast instead of serving the same options daily. Overall a fabulous stay.

The hotel is about 500 mtr from the Wanchai MTR station , the front desk staff was very prompt, rooms are in accordance with the trend all over in HK that is small but still did not feel a crunch in the space and has a TV, electric kettle, hair dryer, a place for luggage - decent size almirahs and most importantly well designed toilets. Our room was upgraded to an executive floor so we even had a nespresso machine which was excellent, the gym and pool was nice - big enough and clean. Overall - a good value for money.

2 night stay, centrally locates, attentive staff.

Novotel itself is a brand and this hotel of Novotel stand up to the mark and maintain its reputation. Hospitality is the best. Location of the hotel is so good that you can walk to the main attractions of Hong Kong. Ferry terminal near by, mtr Station only 300 meters away, all facilities at walking distance. Overall best place to stay in Hong Kong.

Located at a very convenient location, near to metro, 7-11 supermarket and a lot of eateries.

It was a nice comfortable stay with family. This hotel is a value for money.
