familyI have never felt so undesired at any place that i have paid to stay. I get it that the rooms in hong kong downtown are going to be small even after i pay a lot. What i had not expected was the cold nature of the hotel staff. They were very curt and cold. Even in hong kong, my experience at all other places was much better. I would not recommend this place.
