Good hospitality and nice location. Tram station is just opposite hotel Also hotel has frequent shuttle service to HongKong Central and Causeway Bay . You can enjoy good time at Race Course Sports Complex as well Very nice experience !

The food and the rooms were pretty good and it was a fabulous stay.

Ok hotel , pretty basic. breakfast spread basic. Rooms quite small. guidance not up to the mark. water not available in rooms for drinking . Cleaning on request .

The hotel is clean, well located and has a shuttle bus to the mtr station which is very convenient. The room view was very unimpressive. A massive graveyard with thousands of graves. Best to avoid breakfast packages here. The spread is egg and toast, which is cheaper in McD across the road. overall good place.

Overall experience was ok. Could’ve been better. The entire team ( crew ) at the breakfast is very very warm and inviting with good versatile breakfast in terms of food. We stayed there for 10 days and because of the Labour Day everything was very steep and had to book this place with no choice but to pay exorbitantly while the last 5 days we wanted to upgrade but there was a high cost involved for each day and had to continue our stay in the small room. They have a detox water available in the lobby everyday which is a good gesture. Overall in terms of location it’s good but not worth the money we paid. The carpet in the room is avoidable in terms of hygiene. Please check your room before you book. The house keeping can get better. The check out could have been better.

As soon as we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised by the goodies and toiletries they arranged for the kids, very thoughtful. The rooms were comfortable and of more than a decent size for an average hotel room size you se in Hong Kong, Staff was very helpful. Though it is not near any mtr station they have a bus stop close by in a walking distance of 100 mtrs and they have complimentary bus shuttle every half hour to causeway bay and central station, we had a pleasant stay and would stay here if we plan on visiting Hong Kong again.

Very bad service and rude staff . Check in takes ages and house keeping is pathetic . Toilet and room is not cleaned even after repeated reminders . Passage is dirty with trash kept outside every room

The property is good. Rooms are nice and clean. They nice gym. I did not try food of the hotel. They have stopped giving plastic articles which is good. Every floor has water dispenser which is nice.

We booked for a family room and got two attached room. As always never let down by dorset. The breakfast selection is awesome

Hotel was good…rooms were clean….hotel provided shuttle for nearby MTR Station

The room was decent. The staff was rude specifically a girl at the reception who had no decent how to talk to a paid guest. We had an incident where they funnily delivered a broken microwave to my room when we had asked them to warm food for my 5 year old. Then they sent me pics telling me that we had broken it. So in all not a very pleasant stay and a very bad after taste. Not recommended

It was a great stay in dorsett, the rooms were neat and clean just as shown, and the interconnecting room with premier course view was amazing

Positives: * Very helpful staff, one of the female staffs helped us with using her own octopus card for vending machine during the midnight on 31st December when we had just cash. * ⁠Shuttle service is very helpful both for MTR and Causeway. * ⁠Accessible location. Negatives: * Just one negative that all Superior rooms are facing the cemetery which was a surprise for us and made us feel a bit uncomfortable. * ⁠Very less lighting within the room.
