The description provided indicated a single room, which led me to believe it would have one bed with an attached bathroom. However, that was not the case. The bathroom was shared, and the room itself was tiny with two single beds, making it a shared space. The main issue is that after checking in, I left my belongings in the room and went to the washroom to freshen up. During that time, someone accessed my room and took one of my credit cards from my wallet. Given how congested these rooms are, it was impossible to determine which door had been opened or closed. I strongly believe that should not offer such rooms to someone new to the country. I demand an investigation into the matter and request the property manager to review the surveillance footage to identify if anyone entered my room between 3:15 and 3:45 PM and took my card. The unauthorized transactions included purchases of jewelry and expensive food.

I stayed in the same building 3 days before and it was good, however when I came back again, it was terrible. 1- I was not given the room on time saying the guest has not checked out. I was just waiting in the lobby wasting time. 2 - Around 5 pm finally they arranged a separate room which was smaller than the one I was supposed to get. The bathroom was absolutely tiny and the bathroom mat was wet. 3- the AC unit was old and it was making too much noise when switched on.

They charge me 42hkd for cleaning service charge. As per the voucher there is no such kind of charges mentioned. And very poor service provided by australia lounge. Also mmt sent me wront contact no of the property. So it's very difficult to reach at the location.

The sfay is located at a convenient spot for indians. Many cheap restaurants and public utilities available nearby, many of them managed by indians. Rooms and bathroom are tiny, at times made us claustrophobic. Owner is friendly.

Booked this hotel and stayed there for 4 days. Didn't face any problem during stay. The room was small but had sufficient space to put luggage. Spent most of the day outside and would come back to hotel just to rest and sleep. The owner was helpful. Not recommend for couples/families but it is fine for budget solo travelers and friends.

Very nice Guest House to stay. Very near to the Harbour. Neat and clean room. Staff also very cooperative. Would love to stay again.

The room is located at the block and all the rooms are well furnished and neatly maintained with window provision.

Located neat TST MRT Station, rooms are very neat and window and attached bathroom facilities are available. Very decent place for budget stay.

The hotel was situated in Tsim Sha Sui. You can also call it mini India in Hongkong. You can find here too many Guesthouses, restaurants hotels and maximum owned by Indians. Guest House is on the 16th floor and only lift is there to reach there. Room was very small and washroom is very very small. It's very hard to take a bath. Even too much money taking but not giving up to the mark facilities. There is only one best thing about this hotel, this Guest House that it is located in Tsim Sha Sui.
