Novotel Citygate Hong Kong

Good property stay ,excellent rooms and service. Shopping mall and metro station is jus walk away. Fully recommendable

I am a pure vegitarian but in this hotel i can not get a any single veg dish in a breakfast .........

One of the best hotels near by airport. Very convenient location as it is adjoining to citygate outlets mall. 10mins Walk to cable car and MTR station, both via Mall. Also, they have shuttle to/from Airport. However, Breakfast has very limited options for Pure vegetarian/ Indians.

The hotel offers good, clean, and comfortable rooms, which made the stay pleasant from a basic accommodation standpoint. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Tung Chung MTR station, the cable car to Ngong Ping, and Citygate malls. Disneyland is also easily accessible, which is a big plus for families. However, the food options, especially for vegetarians, were very disappointing. There were barely any choices, and the only Indian dish available was Aloo Gobi, which tasted like pan-tossed potatoes and cauliflower in a plain tomato sauce—not authentic and not enjoyable. Another downside was the front desk service. The staff were not particularly helpful or accommodating, especially when it came to early check-in requests, which left a bit of a sour note at the start of the stay. Overall, a good choice if location and room quality are your top priorities, but not ideal for vegetarians or those expecting warm, flexible service.

Experience was good. However need some promptness in house keeping service. Also took some time (more than expected) for check in. Also need some more light / brightness in room. Location wise, i beleive its best. Also need to have more Vegan options in veg.

Our stay with Novotel was awesome, we booked it through make my trip. very good connectivity with metro and cable car. also very close to the airport. Their breakfast is good. The staff is nice and polite.

Checkin was very smooth. Our flight arrived very early in the morning. They gave us the room much before the check in time. House keeping is really good. Room is cleaned very well everyday. We are a couple with a 14 yo daughter. We took a queen bed room. The bed felt a bit small though. Location is a 100. Mtr is closeby. Shopping mall is few steps. Lots of places to eat. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Ideal location to visit lantau cable car and disneyland. Close to the airport with free shuttle service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is bit disappointing as there are very limited options for non chinese residents. Even cereals and fresh fruits are missing

Room was good with good metro connectivity but the food served as an indian vegetarian was disgustingly bad. Very few veg options with heavy chinese smell.

Stayed for one night on our way to china. Location is near to airport but far from main city and there is no logistics available if you want to go to main city in night. Spread in breakfast was limited with no options for vegetarians. Even in room service in night we could not get any food / vegetarian sandwich. Shuttle services for airport is prompt.

Excellent service with customer centric approach. Very conveniently located with direct access to mall for any needs. Totally recommend.

Helpful in allowing early checkin as i arrived at 10am, 2 rooms, had an early flight arrival, so helped us freshen-up and go for tour

The property is located at beautiful location, nestled between hills and waterfront. It is just 10mins away from airport making it a preferred choice for comfortable stay

Everything was good except the food. Also room needs to have a weighing scale. Food was not upto the standards staff was polite

Great location. Close to the airport and disneyland. And the mtr is there, in case you want to go to hong kong harbour or kowloon or causeway it's easy. The biggest plus is the luntau big buddha, disneyland and airport. The breakfast buffet is decent, the hotel rooms are spacious with all amenities. The only thing we found odd was the reluctance of the hotel to provide drinking water! it's a leed certified hotel, i understand sustainability but not giving water is bizarre!

very convenient location at lantau island . just next to mall, MTR, bus station..perfect for Disney , Buddha , cable car, pink dolphin tour . mall is just next door has many food options . buffet breakfast at hotel is very limited but can work if grabbing a quick bite and leaving for visiting the tourist location. overall good property with good service and veg convenient location. people can consider staying here and visiting central and tsim sha in day trips if staying in centre of hong kong is not a requirement

Nice and comfortable stay. Hospitable wonderful staff. Breakfast spread is real good. Highly recommended.

Best stay. Close to disneyland. Just one stop to the train to disney. Shopping outlets too in the same building cable car station also same building. Just a perfect place for tourist. For indians breakfast doesn’t not have much options. We managed with a bakery next to the mrt station
