Nice hotel and nice property.. i would like to visit again

the room was very cramp and could have been better furnished .. the wash room was too narrow. the breakfast was same every day and not much attention was paid by the team

The hotel location and service is superb. Safe and neat and the staff is very efficient! Only downside as an Indian is that I am not used to such tiny rooms. Tiny room, but I guess it’s normal for Hongkong. Other than that... loved the stay! The view was insane 😍

It was okay, room is really small but that is okay. Location is near by stations but area is not good, it seems a kinda of slum area. Room carpet, curtains are dirty and not feels like fresh. Bed is comfortable. They don't provide cutlery on request as they don't have it. Toothpaste, brush, shaving kit you have to purchase separately from them. Towels are clean but smells like fish. No complimentary water bottle. Only one charger point in a room.

Good hotel for a budget stay and excellent views of the hong kong skyline from the balcony of the room. Slightly disappointed by the bathroom size, as it can barely fit a person in the shower and it is extremely congested. Otherwise very good for the price range and is quite close to all the public transport services like the mtr, tram and bus stations, making it accessible to most of the city. The room is also quite well maintained with room service checking up on you everyday. The locality is a bit downtrodden and shady, but the hotel itself is quite lovely and homely. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to crash and settle for the night on their trip to hong kong.

It was a pleasant stay. Reception staff was helpful to help me understand the bus routes and timings. They cleaned the room daily. Room size is small as expected of hongkong. Location of hotel is good. A few bus stops and mtr station are at walking distance.

Review : the staff was professional and attended to every request at the earliest. The hotel maintenance was good with linen and fresh towels everyday cleaning. Only felt the room size was way too small, but it's a budget hotel and that's the best we got i guess

I’m not stayed in that hotel. At last min my flights are cancel-led due to some issues. So i’m unable to come to hong kong. I’m unable to cancel my room also. I’m terribly disappointed with the mm t options.

The staff at the reception was very rude to us during check out. We checked out just 15minutes late at 11:15 instead of the scheduled 11am. Despite information the reception in advance that we might get a little late as my parents are old, he just started shouting loudly at us that you should be on time. This is the first time i had somebody at the front desk has talked so rudely. Please look into this matter as its really disappointing to expect such insensitive behaviour from a hotel like best western

The rooms were extremely small and there was no place to even place the bags. The toilets were ridiculously small and again one could not even keep your toilet pries on the wash basin due to its small size no one to help keep your lugagge in the room. The alleys were dingy and the carpets smelly overall a terrible hotel in a wonderful location

Wash room is very small, the toilet commode is very very small, can not even sit comfortable on it. Break fast is not that good. Over all ok not that bad hotel

It was not up to the expectations. The room was very small where barely 2 people can fit properly. However the location was alright.

The hotel is well located near to mtr times square exit. Causeway has so much to offer, good location good food etc. Hotel was very comfortable too.

Budget hotel like for this area in hk. Also has issues with payments. Had booked 4-5 daysin advance on prepaid and still had not received the amount took 1 hr + time for sorting this that too on your you had to raise the issue on your own. Hotel extremely cramped rooms do sedont get misguided by the star rating and review google rated 2 starfornthis place i saw later!

Location of hotel is awesome. Well connected to mart and buses. Walking distance to lovely markets / malls / bars etc.
