Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre

the location is accessible, near the tourist attractions, though the room is small and a bit old. the staff are accommodating. we were given a room on the higher floor near the storage rooms of furniture and bed mattresses which you have to pass by to reach the lift. also, the door of our room has a trace of dismantling, which we find a bit unsafe. Nevertheless, we were able to sleep without any incident.

Hi, I had booked the Bedford Hotel with quite some expectations as it had a good rating however it was not even close to one of the better parts of my trip! Rude staff, especially the tall lady one who told me to my face that you won't get wifi and that's the way it is. The room was tiny and the windows didn't close all the way so it was frigid at night.

The rooms are quite small and average but they are fine if location is important for you some of the staff is quite professional on the contrary some are quite curt. The breakfast is good, the gym is trash

Pros: Location is central and convenient to walk to the train station and grand place. Cons: Breakfast for vegetarians had no warm options. Not even the standard baked beans. The front office was staffed by an extremely rude gentleman. On our last but one day, the housekeeping team missed cleaning our room. When we returned late evening after a tiring day, I brought it to their notice and requested for fresh towels at the least. They asked me to come down to the desk for the towels and handed me one. When I politely requested for one more as we were two adults, the staff literally shouted at me and said he is busy so I should go back to my room and come later for the second towel. Never in my 15 years of regular travel have I experienced such unprovoked rudeness. Terrible experience.

The Hotel is situated in a central location, very close to all the major attractions, making it easier to move Around. The Hotel is very good with a welcoming staff. The rooms are not too big in size but overall the quality of stay was great. The bathroom was well equipped and surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels I have stayed in europe.

Contemporary hotel with no major frills attached. Relatively well located. Good for tourist with short stay.

As compared to other stay in hotels this Hotel had least amenities and the Hotel staff was not so friendly.

Hotel location was convenient and not too far from the main train stations. Room size was pretty small and amenities were ok. Will recommend this Hotel as a budget stay. Breakfast spread was good.

Very old hotel. Not at all customer eccentric.
There were no water even though staff told us that complementary water should be there for 1st day stay, but they didn't provide water. And room heater was too small to heat the room.

Very good location, just 5 minutes walk to Grand Place and Minneken pis.

The buffet spread was just adequate nothing fancy. it does have all the basic break fast menu.
The room was spacious and the hotel was adequate in all its facilities. Great location and very close to the metro stations.

No kettle in the room, problems with the bathroom not attended when reported.

The Rooms were of a decent size and is good for a couple only. The hotel was clean and neat. The location is fantastic- walking distance to the station and the city square - which has all the restaurants, cafes and chocolate showrooms. Would definitely come back to this hotel for the location and the value for money. The breakfast is also worth it At 7. 5 euros a person, you cannot have a better breakfast anywhere in Europe

Poor heating, over billing for alleged phone call which was never made by us. Poor cleaning of rooms, dirty glasses let as it is by the housekeeping. The breakfast was below average with less options. It's wasn't far from the central (tourist) area
