location is great but two things to consider: change the floor wood from bathroom to WC the slightest step will make a big noise .. also remove the big mirror in the shower .. absolutely not necessary.. noone is comfortable showering behinde a mirror .. invest in some shower curtons and some coat hangers for towels and clothes .. rest is ok
