room - average, amenities- poor, ( no change in toiletries, towels on every day), tea bags, coffee are not free at the lobby near hot water source ( compare with similar type of hotels). For the price, it is just ok.

Great stay at walking distance to central station at a great price. Basic but very good. Recommended

it was moderate. nothing extra ordinary. the only great thing about the stay was the fabulous location. it's just 2 mins away from Wien hbf a central train station. but other than that, it's a completely self service hotel. no electric kettle, no dental kits, no housekeeping for less than 3 nights. the hotel closes the kitchen after breakfast. and there are only a few restaurant options around the area. it's terribly under staffed. so your wait time for the reception queries and bar/snack counter goes up. room size is just satisfactory.

Hotel is good but if we talk about Radisson hotels across world then I am not happy. Rooms quality and amenities are not enough as I was expecting.

The check in process was very tedious, no basic amenities in the room not even tea coffee or kettles. The lighting was poor and breakfast options was very limited. Only location was good near Wien Station

pathetic, rooms are small, not even able to open two strollery at a time, lighting poor, bathroom pathetic, clogged bath tub, torn shower curtains, rooms service terrible, even after requesting for room and bathroom clean up, not done, too costly and avoidable

Property location is near to vienna central station but not close to any major restaurants. Need to go far to have any meal

Nice stay in the Vienna centre region with decent breakfast spread and walkable distance to Vienna central station or nearest bus and tram station.

location convenient. services are ok. glasses for water have to be collected from reception. Rooms don't have a hot water kettle. you have to get hot water from reception.

location of the hotel was good ..breakfast was decent..however the rooms were small and hotel had a weird colour combinations which is not very pleasing to eye

Pretty descent hotel. Breakfast is also good. But no other meals are served in the hotel. Hotel should also provide toiletries for the guests.

Hotel is very near to Wien hauptbahnof. The checking process was very easy as the staff was polite.

Only the name is Radisson, it is not a hotel but a hostel. Not at all worth as no amenities are provided, there is not even a cup to drink water leave alone water, pathetic and small room.

Room Amenities were not there except bathroom amenities.No water Bottles, No phone to call for IRD and housekeeping.The TV was not working properly.I had to go straight from the room at 6th Floor to Lobby 5 to 6 times only for the request of Blankets extra pillows.Hotel was totally Under staffed.How can a person connect to the housekeeping or IRD if there will be no phone in the room.Bed was uncomfortable.Waste of a big amount of money I paid.One of the worst Experience I have ever had

Everything was good except the heater. It was not working, the room was warm throughout and we had to open the window to make it cool

Extremely Poor quality services, food and overall 1⭐️ Not at all value the money. We stayed for 02 nights and regretted our decision. No wardrobe, No Tea Coffee, No Glasses, very poor quality breakfast. Do not stau in this hotel as there are several other options which we saw during our walk to the station.
