quite unprofessional for an Accor group hotel
The stay at Vienna was quite bad. Never expected an Accor hotel to be so below standard. The rooms have no cooling or heating systems. The hotel says you can open the windows.

The hair dryer was not functioning. The second day the hotel got it repaired but it had a pungent burning smell.
