Terrible Stay

The property was very clean. We had to call the concerned person to understand the check in formalities. A welcome envelope with a key was presented at the letter box. Location was also very good. Underground station was very near. Around 5 mins away via walk. The place was beautiful and the utilities were very clean and tidy.
