Indeed it was an unforgettable experience staying in Austria trend hotel doppia. Excellent customer service, variety of food items especially in breakfast, every time when I enter & exit reception lobby, they give a very warm & smile welcome. I rate this hotel 10 star. Receptionists were very polite & highly professional. Housekeeping was really good.

Location is a little far from city center

Food service is very avarage for the break fast, however there are no kitchen service in the evening, neither there are any hotel nearer. So guest will have to take care of their own. Location is a little far from city center, however it is well connected by tram no 17 or 71. It is very dificult for a new person to get ticket in the very 1st time, vending machine software is not customer friendly. It is always better for hotel to support to their gust for the 1st time.
Room service personal are required to be more customer oriented. There is no scope of not doing a thing by mistake in a hotel industry.
