Four Points Flex by Sheraton Vienna Hauptbahnhof

Everything was good. Staff was excellent and they allowed early checking and late check out. This Four Points Flex by Sheraton Vienna Hauptbahnhof does not have food facility so have to manage outside, but that's fine I believe. The only downside I felt was the noise that we can hear in our room of the vehicles passing by during night. Even we could hear the sound of guests packing unpacking their luggage who stayed next to our room. However the stay was lovely in a spacious room.

The Four Points Flex by Sheraton Vienna Hauptbahnhof is well located. It was neat and clean. Linen/ bedsheets etc were clean and fresh. Service was good. Bath tub is somewhat inconvenient for people who can’t climb in easily. There needs to be a shower area, which is easily accessible for senior people.

The location of the Hotel is ideal as it is close to the central Station. The ambiance of the Hotel was brilliant with great spacious rooms and great lobby.

The location is excellent, walking distance from Vienna main railway station. The breakfast served was very good. The Four Points Flex by Sheraton Vienna Hauptbahnhof amenities and services are excellent. A total excellent experience staying.

The Four Points Flex by Sheraton Vienna Hauptbahnhof location is good and the staff is very helpful and polite. They checked us in early as well on our request. Breakfast and service are very nice as well

Hotel is very near to the train station ... Room is quite big and with all facilities. Neat and clean. Worth for money ... Had nice time ... Hotel is located in the city centre and all shops are easily accessible ...

Very nice clean big rooms. Pretty good breakfast costs 10. 90euro. The only con they don't have coffee maker in the room. The Four Points Flex by Sheraton Vienna Hauptbahnhof is 20 minutes walk from Karlskirche. And 10 minutes walk from Central bus station.
