Good rooms excellent staff

Had taken standard room. It was good size, so was the bathroom. Had requested for kettle in the room, which was provided. Staff was helpful and informative about local trips we made. There was a big mall, Lugner, next to arte Hotel Wien Stadthalle and we could shop and eat there. Deduct restaurant was excellent. Area around the arte Hotel Wien Stadthalle was a little seedy. We were 2 ladies and not comfortable moving out in late evening.
Staff and housekeeping was excellent.

It was pretty neat and clean and within the budget. Total value for money and just 350 metres from metro and 600 mts from the main train station. Also next to the mall which has good food court as well as shopping options.

Good place to stay. Accessibility to metro, supermarkets, food joints are quite encouraging. Breakfast is quite good. Also good hospitality by the arte Hotel Wien Stadthalle staff. Also centrally located to downtown and various tourists attractions. Go ahead and stay.

The attitude of the arte Hotel Wien Stadthalle staff was very friendly. I recommend this arte Hotel Wien Stadthalle if someone is planning to visit Vienna.
