We were greeted by the staff at the gate, they were very sweet, the check in was quick and we were greeted at the room with a fresh supply of fruits, a full fridge (complimentary with once daily refill) and a personal welcome note from the property incharge. The restaurant food is amazing and is a must try. They have a salt water pool and a gym, though they don't have a spa anymore. The pool is open all day. The rooms were great and spacious and clean. The two small issues that i had were (1) no elevator, though my room was on the first floor (2) the toilets don't have any bidet or hand shower, also it's a bit far from the airport and good city touring places. Ps: they also offer free motorboat rides and drop offs up the river closer to the landmarks free of charge also we were given complimentary coffee on check out so bonus brownie points for that.
