SOHO Residence & Hotel

We stayed for 5 nights and the room never got cleaned it was not mentioned when we booked. There was no drinking water provided any of the days . Very bad experience,

I recently stayed at this property, and it has been one of the most disappointing and unsafe experiences To begin with, the room was completely different . There was no mirror in the room to get ready, which is a basic necessity, and the bathroom shower had no partition, unlike what was advertised in the listing. The room also lacked proper cleaning, and when I requested housekeeping, the staff entered our room by directly punching the keypad — without knocking or ringing the bell — while we were inside. This was a serious safety and privacy When I raised these concerns, the hotel manager was rude and instead of being apologetic or helpful. The property clearly fails on cleanliness, honesty, and guest safety. I immediately contacted and despite clearly informing them that I am on international roaming and cannot take calls, their team kept calling repeatedly instead of responding via email as requested. I spoke to multiple agents — one said I’d get a solution in 24 hours, another said they can’t see any “ticket,” and someone else casually offered a partial refund without addressing the actual safety issue or misrepresentation. This kind of inconsistent and careless service is unacceptable. When guests book through a platform, we expect accountability — not to be passed between property and platform while our concerns remain unresolved.

Rooms was good and clean but receptionist was very much rude and location was in centre

Modern apartment with a good location. Every major attraction nearby. 7-11 and other convenience stores at walking distance. Comfortable stay and all amenities as promised. The only thing is they have 1 washroom in 2 BHK apartments, rest everything was perfect.

The house was clean and well furnished. Basic amenities were provided. We used the laundry. Would have been happier if water was provided. Very good experience at the stay.

This is the best stay if you're looking home away from home. This place takes care of the basic kitchen and needs to stay comfortable. A high tech building by soho. Will look forward to staying with them again. I don't have

Property was amazing, we loved it and the view from balcony was beautiful. Everything was near by and bu i vien street it just walking. Only bedroom ac need service. Bit over all its been great stay.

Nice and clean place. Good for family with kids too. Easy access to all nearby places. The host is responsive and available in WhatsApp.
