Meraki Hotel Bui Vien

Not good not bad, benefit of good location but a bit noisy at night, best things is in the heart of city, mostly things are at walking distance

The place is the place near to the walking street. It’s a very beautiful place. It has a nice balcony. We can get a clear view from the balcony. There is also rooftop at the seventh floor. The rooftop is very good. The staffs are well. It was a great stay

I found this property on mmt. The location is great. It is a chilled out place. Aldo recommend the place for family stay

i reached 2 hours early and they charged me to provide a room. no cleaning service on daily basis. worse hotel.

hotel rooms was not as shown. the property was under construction. and the room alloted was also under construction. no lock in bathroom, no plaster or colour on walls. dirty and torn bedsheets. water bottle provided in the room was dirty and reused. reception is tidy and dirty. literally the reception guy keep on sleeping day and night at reception couch sofa. they didn't did room cleaning for 24 hours. i take frequent international vacations every year and mmt always amaze me. but this vietnam trip was worst in terms of hotels

The place is located in one of the main streets of the city (Bui Vien) and also close to markets and tourist attractions as Notre Dame, market and Independence palace. Also close to many bus stands and bus terminals. You won't need transportation to do anything in the city.

The guy at the reception said so. On a serious note, when my husband and me entered the hotel, the guy denied us entry. He demanded us to pay whereas we had paid the complete amount in advance and had his mail confirmation too. We kept waiting at the mosquito infested reception, exhausted, and thirsty. They didn't even offer a glass of water as a basic hospitality. To add to this, four friends who checked out 4 days early, warned us about the street noise that had kept them awake till morning. We were shocked. After waiting for an hour and half, the reception guy led us to our room dingy, small, smelly, squeaky bed, dim lit bathroom and cupboard smaller than a door width. I can only credit the hotel staff for their honesty and hard work as they would cook whatever they could as we demanded veg food, clean up the room without asking for tip and didn't steal our belongings. Oh, the lift was big enough to fit three people in one go and it used to stink. You have to hold your breath inside the lift. Don't even talk about the speed it was snail slow.

The location is good but the stay in the hotel worst does not like the rooms, no cleanliness, the washroom is dirty no lockers given in the rooms not outside.

Receptionist was very easy and friendly, helped us in sight seeing.

Location is a big problem. It's on walking street. Too much noise in night. If you do not want to sleep in night then it's ok

The room was very small and had roaches in the room. I made the room service lady aware of if and for her it was like nothing. I have video of it. Did not sleep well after that. By Mr Vien at the front desk was very courteous and very helpful. I was in my allotted room.

Hotel is good location small and good hotel wifi is also very good. But reception man is behaviour very rude and in hotel breakfast only 2 egg and coffee only hotel it's like one star property because it's not safe.

I was book the Meraki hotel for 2 days but it was very bad experience due to poor quality of breakfast and without ventilation rooms, fake photos on website, in ground floor bike repair shop it's making very bad location on buy vein street, no proper lock in washroom very pollution inside the hotel, so I highly advise to everyone think 100 times before book this hotel being a traveler.

Met all expectations except the breakfast.

Staffs were really nice and professional. Rooms were spacious.

Location was good. All the shops were nearby. During day time the receptionist guy was very helpful.
