Staff was friendly , food was average .front desk gave us the worse view possible in the royal suite category , they were least accommodative . Overall average experience.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at the property. Bella, Hanh and all other people at the hotel are extremely helpful and super nice! Throughout our stay, we got great and valuable suggestions from the staff which really helped us in planning our days well. We would definitely visit Hanoi again and will be staying here for sure.

Location is good and food was ok. Option for breakfast for vegetarian people limited . The toilets pipe has leakage and not ok

Amazing stay! They upgraded our room coz it was my birthday. Also arranged for a cake and bottle of wine. It was such a sweet gesture and the staff was very polite, friendly and helpful

My Stay at O’ Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa , Hanoi was excellent.. The staff at the Reception was very polite.. Food at the Breakfast was also of high quality though there were limited options but the taste was really good.. My kids were sleeping in the room so i requested staff to pack the breakfast for them and they immediately responded and packed 4 items of my choice… Location of the property is very good because the train street is just 5 mins walking and there are many Indian Restaurants like Tadka and Maazi near the hotel … Overall is was great choice and I would recommend to consider about this hotel

It’s a small hotel in old town. The staff was very helpful and helped us with recommendations on good eating places and other suggestions wherever required. Special thanks to court and tracy who made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was decent with an option of a la carte. Overall a comfortable stay.

Enjoyed my stay, very close to old town, has a nice cosy vibe to be, very well maintained and has some burlesque features to it which makes it look antique and hideously beautiful. The crew is very helpful and ensured that i get a packed vegetable meal that is palatable for my airport journey the next day in the morning! and they had it ready when i came down
