Beryl Charm hotel and spa

The stay was good! Ambiance was fine. Overall it was great! The location was also fine along with the food.

Rooms are small but clean and neat. Ms Paula Guided us and supports a lot. break fast menu is less.. atleast add hot soups.

It felt like we were staying in a jail!! They quoted that we will need to pay 100 dollars even if the bed sheet gets a little dirty. If washroom’s floor is found wet and dirty we will need to pay. I mean I am on a vacation not in a jail

The location was good in that it is convenient to area attractions. MMT had it listed as having a gym, sauna and steam, none of which it had. Rooms were ok, but nothing special and the breakfast buffet was disappointing.

Very beautiful and good property and staff right in the center of Old Quarter. They helped us with all the queries and also gave a free upgrade on the room.

The staff was very good and the food and room quality was also good. And the design of the room and outside area are so much good and pretty. I don't have any pictures of the room because i didn't take any pictures inside hotel

It is a decent hotel in a great location and in hanoi as you hardly stay in hotel, this is an good option. Breakfast options are not much for vegetarian so be prepared for that.

The hotel stay was very comfortable. Great location. Everything was at a walking distance. All the tour pickups available from the hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us. Over all it was an amazing stay. Room was clean and spacious.

The rooms were not good enough. There were no rods in the cupboards to hang cloths. Also the locker was locked and not usable the ac ducts were not proper. The breakfast was extremely bad

The only good thing is location towels in toilet are below mark and old breakfast is Horrible most of the things are out of stock by 8.15 am

The breakfast spread is terrible by 8. 45 am most of the food is out of stock this is not acceptable

Polite staff and a decent budget hotel. Food wise, our room came with a complimentary breakfast buffet. Spread was limited and with mostly pork and meat. Limited options for vegetarians. The place was hygienic but a little cramped

Stayed here for like a day. It's based in old quarter which allows you to have better connectivity with the other places. The plus point was they allowed us to check in early. The train street is at walking distance from this place.

Rooms were small, veg menu is limited, but was cheap, hence you cannot expect much. Location is good 4 star is just for the name in vietnam

It was a cozy stay. The ambience was really good. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff were very polite and helpful. We were lucky to have miss paula who made the stay amazing.
