It was the most nightmarish experience of newyork. Staff was not courteous, were very rude. Hotel was just mediocre and had no phone in room. There was absolutely no service whatsoever, and breakfast. Will never stay in residence inn hotels again in my life. Started hating newyork. Avoid this hotel if possible.
