The location was central. The room was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again

Location was fantastic, food nothing offered,amenities were below average given Hyatt Standard,services were poor.all employees glued to there PCs like office staff

Hotel is at good location but not well maintained. Rooms are small and bathroom is very very small.

Dear Make MyTrip Team, Our recent stay at the Hyatt Grand was disappointing overall. While the location was satisfactory, several aspects fell short of expectations. The check-in process was delayed, resulting in an extended wait in the lobby. Furthermore, the bathroom was poorly maintained with a broken shower pipe, causing significant inconvenience and a delayed start to our day after 3.00 to 5.00pm. During our visit, we explored Times Square, the Financial District on foot, and took a ferry between NY and NJ. Unfortunately, we struggled to find nearby Indian dining options and relied mostly on fast-food restaurants in Times Square. In conclusion, the level of service did not meet the standards expected of a 4-star hotel establishment. Basic amenities such as water, a kettle for tea, and a laundry bag were notably absent from our room. We kindly request a review of our experience with the Hyatt Grand team and seek a 50% refund to address the issues encountered. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Overall a good place to stay in a very convenient location , friendly staff. Accessible via subway as the hotel is situated right next to it

The hotel was not well maintained, it seemed like a hostel instead of a 5 star hotel. No water, no service, poor hotel

We had gone for the first time to New York and wanted to explore the city . The hotel is in the heart of the city and we could walk to many important Landmarks. It is 17 minutes walk from Times Square . The room was spacious and nice . Would highly recommend this hotel .

The hotel is situated in the heart of new york ,thus same lot on money for cab ,you can walk and visit time square, Empire state building. For shopping its surrounded by the best buy ,its next to central metro so easy to visit Brooklyn Bridge, statue of Liberty also to seven eleven memory using the metro connectivity

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Grand Central NY. The location is unbelievable, the hotel room and bathroom was spacious and cleaning services were very good. They have a market at the lobby level for immediate needs and the checkin checkout services were very smooth. One area of improvement would be to provide for kettle / coffee maker / Tea bags etc in the room. This was a disadvantage

Wasn’t expecting 4 star hotel and I will not even get water bottle in my room. Moreover, till today April 6th 2025 I haven’t receive my deposit amount yet which I paid at the time of check in, although I checked out a day earlier than my booking but till now the amount hasn’t credited in my account.

Pleasant stay with excellent location. Staff was courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

They didn’t provide us the shower gel, at least a single water bottle. Also receptionist was rude.
