Good but weirdly dark

Big clean rooms. Good comfortable bed. Nice view from balcony. But everything was just too dark for my comfort. Otherwise, very close to Time Square and nice happening Royalton New York lobby-cum-bar. Everything about this Royalton New York is just perfect.
Good clean room, but insufficient lighting and just weird dark theme all over the Royalton New York. Modern but little creepy.

We stayed at the royalton for 3 nights! at first sight seemed a little dark throughout the day, but was more than compensated by the friendly staff, spacious room as well as easy check in and check out. There were a hot water kettle and mugs available on request. The location was fantastic, close to by-rant park, subway station, bus stops and close to broadway and times square

Location of the property is very suitable for my stay as it is a walking distance to the port authority bus terminal. Lot of restaurants are in the walking distance. The room and other parts of the Royalton New York are very clean. Also to be mentioned is that the Royalton New York rooms are sound proof which made our stay more comfortable. Staff is very polite and helpful.

The front of house team was very helpful and they handed over the 4 waterbottles. The Royalton New York is centrally located and there was no dental kit in the washroom, after request the housekeeper handed over the same. Room heater was missing and overall nice ambience.
