Pod Times Square Hotel

The stay at pod was very comfortable and unique. The location is the best part, right in the center of time square and walking distance to Penn Station. The room was super clean and the view from room was great too

The staff were polite and helpful and hotel policies were guest friendly. I had a great experience during my stay at Pod hotel

It is a very clean property and perfect staycation for tourist centralise and Convenient for subway and tourist attractions

The check in process was smooth though late check in at 11.30 pm . The room was well maintained. The house keeping staff were very friendly and wanted to make the stay as nice as possible. Even when I wanted to extend my stay, it was a smooth transition. Hotel is very well located, easily accessible, and close to all the possible options. Really comfortable bed and good view.

always very good ,very cozy and good environment in the center of the main hub. the rooms were very clean too and regularly cleaned too.

The PODs are very small in size , barely any space for movement or luggage. Compared to facility the cost is very high, there is lack of security at entrance and anyone can get in the hotel lift. Only advantage is location.

The experience was great. The hotel is nearby Time Square and has metro stations nearby. Great Connectivity!!! The rooms were clean and the staff was cordial.

Nice hotel close to everything suitable for couples because the rooms are small and its price is reasonable compared to the price of other hotels and the cleaning service is excellent

Good customer service, location is good, no food service except the coffee and bar, the only thing isn't good was the size of the room is very small.

Room sizes are really small, so i suggest not carrying too much luggage as it gets crowded. The overall location is good.

The stay was comfortable and works well for the purpose of having a decent room when looking to explore the city for a couple days. Good services, good location.

The staff at the front desk was very rude. Not at all polite and didn’t explain the charges which she asked to pay, just gave the card machine ahead to pay. It doesn’t work like that. You need to explain to someone why you have to pay extra amount when you have already paid for the room. Rooms were small but clean and sufficient for a short stay. There is no room service available. It is good for someone who is just looking for a stay, can’t expect any services from the hotel.

Hotel was very very good. Staff was very nice and helpful Room was clean, had a very good view and they gave room with attached bathroom even if it was mentioned during booking that bathroom is not attached. It's walkable distance from Times Square, very convenient.

Location wise good but in other parameters, it’s not so great whet we can appreciate. Team support or response at the front desk is not much active participation.

Pod times square is quite decent for the price and is situated at a great location. It has most of the amenities and is well maintained. The rooms are a bit small but it is a pod concept so can't really complain
