location - excellent food - excellent - we are vegetarian- jain and chef Maria made us special stir fry veggies for us for breakfast amenities - ok - pool was not heated today

No care was given if there is issue like bathroom doors are not getting locked from inside then they will say no engineer at night then another day they will say he is coming wait and no show. Next 2 days we have to go out 6 am and coming at night so no engineer at night. we family of 4 managed like this. charging socket was not working so same issue that no engineer at night, during day it is coming please wait and no show. we managed charging 4 phones from laptop. No complimentary water, you need to buy everything. On booking it was mentioned microwave room but you have to go downstairs in the lobby and use it. Clear bad no special care of anything.

Location was good; no warm water to use on departure day : creates difficulties for long haul flights

Restaurant should have more variety in menu for lunch and dinner also same breakfast was dished out on a daily basis there should be a change in the menu for breakfast on a daily basis. I don't have images

Comfortable stay. Peaceful surroundings, multiple breakfast options. Cool lobby to work, and starbucks within the premisis adds cherry on the top.

I like the spacious rooms, the facilities in the rest of the hotel, they have an indoor swimming pool too. A good place for rest till your next flight, but can be booked for vacation purposes too.

A good property with great spacious rooms and a huge lobby area. Unfortunately I got bad view from my room but other rooms may have the better view.

Good short stay if you want to reach the Airport quickly, friendly staff

Located close to Newark Airport. Excellent ambiance worked for me. It had a few issues about the lifts, parking tickets, etc for a day but overall good. I found their breakfast options top few and certainly not value for money at all.

The hotel is very well located. It's really good from the inside. The room was nice and comfortable. Front office was very cooperative. There were some issues with the vending machines, which need to be taken care of. The price was just a bit on the higher side.
