This Best Western Plus Newark Airport West is very close to the Newark airport, provides complimentary shuttle to airport and very good breakfast. The room was excellent and had amenities like fridge and microwave. But this Best Western Plus Newark Airport West is located behind airport parking lot and the locale is rather dull and unappealing. Suitable for overnight stay while on a stopover at the airport but not very good for a family vacation stay.

The property is very nicely done up. The rooms are very spacious. Bathrooms are modern, neat, and clean. The twin queen beds are very spacious and neatly done up. The meals and the team taking care were smiling and cheerful. The property is very close to the Newark Airport. There was a drop to the Airport which was very convenient. The view from the room was overlooking the Airport. It was very nice feeling. Excellent amenities and service.

Good comfortable stay, cordial and helpful front desk, but the most important message that must be conveyed to passengers is that they have to call the shuttle from the airport. We had to stand for an hour before a driver of another shuttle made the call for us
