Terrible hotel, strongly not recommended

The hotel was terrible with a small room with no space to walk and small bathroom too. The bathroom didn’t have a clothes rack or stand, no shelf in the shower area to keep the soap or shower gel . No room cleaning was done, lift didn’t work for 2 days and it was very difficult to climb stairs to get to the room on 5th floor. Another customer had to come to the reception area to pick the towels and shower gel as no one bothered to give after requesting multiple times over the phone. Another customer was given the room but to his surprise there was already another customer in the room. The hotel was also not situated in a good location and the place looked very shady and shabby. Would never recommend this hotel to anybody else. This feedback is for MMT too to suggest good hotels when it’s a family or female customer.
