The Gallivant Times Square

We didn’t had good experience, lifts were not working, response of front desk was not supportive, we could not report washrooms issues on phone, no one picked up, I had come down to report.

Location was good but room is very very small. Only one complain is room is very very small. Otherwise good

The location is great, but hotel has basic facilities. No breakfast option, and also the elevators need an overhaul and one of the lifts was not working and sometimes it took ages to go up or come down. There is no proper luggage storage and the entire lobby is filled with luggage during the day. So in summary, convinent, but a tad overpriced considering the facility offered

One of the worst hotels i travel-led to in recent times. No water provided. Tiny room. Single lift takes a long time all guests have to wait in line. Extra for concierge services. And not to the say the least very expensive for the price and size of the room

The hotel is super shabby, stinky and unhygienic. The rooms are terribly small and stinky. Please avoid at all cost.

Basic rooms are waste. No ac and double bed is absolute lie only 1 can sleep. Luckily they upgraded us dk bigger room with additional charge.

At the heart of times square, budget friendly, clean hotel. Though the rooms were small, but clean with big windows and worthy for budget. Amenities were good.

I wish staff was little polite. Also the amount i paid for the tiny room is i’m not sure if it is even worth.

Location is good but hotel staff is very rude, small rooms, they charge for everything. They charge for luggage storage too

It was a pathetic experience. The staff were highly unprofessional and rude. Check in difficultly. Not ready to give a glass of water to guests.

Rooms are very small, lobby is not good, we have to wait long time for lift. There is only one lift for 16 floors. Choose only for the location. No value for money

While it is centrally located right next to Times Square, this is a budget hotel with a budget hotel feel - good as a transit or 1-2 night if you are going to be mostly out and about, else look for a more spacious room… the bedrooms are small, bathroom smaller typical of NYC budget hotels - two people in a room can be challenging with space

Walkable to time square. Nice restaurants are near by. Little bit older hotel but rooms are clean although small

This hotel is next to times square and get full marks for location and ease, but rooms are bad. 1. Less or zero ventilation 2. Lifts are terrible u have to wait for 5 minutes minimum 3. They charge if u keep luggage post checkout 4. They charge 50 dollars if u want to check in an hr early 5. Ciggerate smoking is 250 dollar fine 6. Bathrooms are pathetically small

We were not given the room as stated on make my trip. We were expecting 2 twin beds, but we just had 2 single beds in our room. Even mm t could not do anything about it.

There were limited food options in the hotel but being in Time Square Food was not much of a problem.

The hotel is at a good location. Liked the interiors and other facilities of the hotel ... I recommend to stay here if you want to stay in centre. Good room service and food. I stayed solo ..

Small rooms - but I think all the hotels in that area has same issue with rooms, otherwise room was cleaned Location - very close to Times Square Facilities - basic as in other hotels of US Lift - Small with lesser capacity, Gets crowded during rush hour especially during morning. Used stairs from 7th floor after waiting for 10 mins
