It was a nice experience at The Hotel. Breakfast has less variety (and only has fruits and bread) but still it was nice.

The rooms were small compared to my expectations. A first time visitor to ny. The The Maritime Hotel lobby and rooms were gorgeous though. The room had a reasonably priced fully stocked minibar.
