The location of the hotel in New York was perfect. The food at the coffee shop was great. The evening staff at the reception on check in were not inviting. They seemed very unfriendly. The morning staff were very friendly. The room was very small. It’s difficult to manage if you have more than 1 suitcase. The lighting in the room very dim. Unable to read or put make up.
