The Three by APK Phuket

Good location as it near to Patong beach, good Indian restaurant nearby.

The location was quite good. The amenities in The room was perfect. Jacuzzi was in The balcony. Food stalls available just opposite to the hotel. 7/11 is a 2 mins walk and the Patong Beach was a 10 mins walk. It was value for money.

They don't had water to bath, flush and other. My stay was not good at all.

There was no water in our washroom. No staff to take you to your room, service was very slow. Arrogant staff.

No water from 7:00 pm until morning in the entire hotel, including my room. Reception staff is rude and do not want to take any responsibility on water supply, but the rooms and location is decent.

Not as expected. Pictures online promised more. Didn't like The ambience.

The location was bad, the lady at the reception was rude. We asked for wash room at the lobby as my friend was having loose motion but the only reply we got was no. It's so noisy to sleep at night. Would never come back nor recommend anyone.

No napkins in room. No one to carry luggage to the room. I don't know how MMT rated this as 2 or 3 stars. Room on their website and MMT website is from anoder hotel located somewhere else. They say deir room is 23 sq m and I think that it must have been like 18 sq m. I had told dem to remove extra bed from my room at 10am in the morning and they told me that due to no staff they will remove it at like 2 or 3 pm. I could barely move in my room for 5 hrs because there was no space. I could not even open my refrigerator for water because extra bed was blocking the door. Had to call dem 3 to 4 times to get a bottle of water.

Really nice location, close to patong main area. Really clean nice room, would definitely come back to this hotel. Staff is good and courteous, they helped a lot with all our queries regarding the stay and nearby places.

The hotel looked pretty well in the pictures but was far from reality. Facilities given in the room were very limited. No tea/coffee facility was present. The view from the room was an under construction building. The front desk was not friendly and there was no room service. The only positive factor was that room was way to cheap for 2 nights stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please find other places to stay that are closer to the beach and have better amenities.

The hotel is on the main road but little far from the walking street (bangla) around 1. 2 KM. But we have hired a bike so that was not the issue. The hotel has great amenities and had a Jacuzzi in the room itself which was amazing. Breakfast was good as well and pool on the terrace was also clean. It was real value for money in terms of amenities they have given compare to price they have charges.

The room is located just within 1km from patong. The breakfast is a decent spread. The lobby is nice and open. We took a family room as we were three. The room size was big enough. Microwave in rooms are a great help.

Value for money. Room good. WiFi not good. Location is okay it is just 600 meters from patong beach. Staff could be more professional and cooperative. Breakfast buffet was good Overall nice experience stay.

No room service, no assistance from reception, the receptionist was very arrogant, for all the questions she has only answer- "dont know" and "no have". Location is good, breakfast was good, lift very slow, rooms clean, travel assistance counter was helpful.

Rooms are dirty.. There were flies all over the room.. Bathroom door got locked automatically.. Had to call reception several time to get the issue fixed.. Food is pathetic.. It was buffet however we don't have any choice to eat... It's strange to see the ambience how hotel authorities are so reckless...

I had booked a room in The Three by APK. Had a slight hiccup when I arrived. On the midnight I reached, there was no power in The Three. The guy at the front desk made me wait for almost 30 mins as the manager was not available. They said I will be relocated to another hotel as there were no rooms available. I was not sure on how that hotel would be. But luckily APK Resort and Spa was an excellent one located just half a km away. Post that didn't face any problem. Room was on the 8th floor and a pretty big one. Had a comfortable stay.

Good location. Very good facilities at very good price. Comfortable stay near patong beach. Studio apartment like stay with 5 star facilities. Rooftop swimming pool with scenic view. Overall pleasant stay.

This hotel is centrally located and very convenient, as it's near to the Patong Beach, Muslim areas, Bangla street and also Patong Town. We spent most of our time walking around, exploring every streets to find food, souvenirs and even to beach. And yes, we're extremely happy staying in our Jacuzzi Suite for 5 days! The parking lots make it easier for us to park our rented car safely. Thank you

Hotel is in a very good location. Very close to Patong beach and Bangla road. Staff is really nice and very helpful. Rooms are clean with all amenities like microwave, refrigerator. We also had Jacuzzi in our balcony ... I would definitely like to visit again.
