Better for group with nice loction

The hotel is good but when i reached there i faced many problems at the time of check in. Like the room i booked had two separate beds. But the room given to me by the hotel had a single bed. Had to wait for a long time in the lobby for that but we didn't get the room we booked

The only thing good about this hotel is it's location for which people choose this one. People in the reception desk don't know english which makes it difficult to communicate with them. The lifts were not in good condition. The room was in horrible And filled with ants. The floor tiles were broken And makes spooky sound when you walk on them. The refrigerator door was broken. The bedsheets were dirty. Tv was not working at all. And the funny part is they had a chart of amount listed for the damage of each item. So be very careful before you book a room in this hotel. My advice would be check some other hotel.

The room I booked is not the same as I saw on MMT and they said they don't have room available and they charge extra money for security deposit and the WiFi was bad even can't load WhatsApp messages and the hotel was old as the door, locker, bed and chairs are weak and not safe, they don't provide any complimentary products and staff behavior was terrible, only good thing about hotel is location otherwise I have terrible experience, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone specially couples.

Location is excellent. Only issue is that there is no geyser facility for getting hot water.

The hotel is placed at one of the best locations. Convenience store, market everything is at a walking distance of less than 5 mins. However, very dissatisfied with the hotel staff services and attitude. Not treating the guests properly.

Hotel breakfast is good. Nice experience to book activity.

Hotel is good but location is not proper

Location is good. Hotel rooms are small but ok for a night to stay. Reception lady is very s rude to talk. Location is good since it is at walking distance of less then ten mins from Bangla street.

Super stay with clean, safety, service.

The front desk is the crazy part. They don't seem to understand anything. Their economy rooms are in another building but nothing was noted in their description. It's wasn't at the most comfortable locations. Room looked relatively old. We stayed for three days And requested room change on the second day also but ignored. However, the ones working at restaurant speaks english And serves with nice expression.

Awesome hotel place for both Patong beach and Walking street.

Good location but average property, not guest friendly.

Not great place to enjoy in the hotel. Go outside and rock.

Location is good and near other good amenities. Room is big enough. Food served here is excellent And they also have buffet for breakfast.

Services was not good, not value for money

Rooms very clean. Bathroom door is very old. Inside lock is not working. Tv picture not clear but ok. All place near walking distance.

Best location for the night market also Indian food also.

Poor hotel and moreover in standard booking they will not let you stay in same hotel they will ask you for other building, don't expect early check in. Room is very small not as per description or pictures. Book only if you can get it at less as I booked for new year for extra price.
