Totally pathetic experience

Only good thing is the location being beachside in Ao nang. Pathetic cleanliness, worst toilet & sanitary system, no telecom in room, door lock broken, room lights not OK. Mosquitos insects in room. Entrance through unclean passage, muddy, dusty, sandy, unclean rooms and balcony. Room service worst. Totally pathetic experience
